You can attend your appointment from the comfort of your own environment, making it easier than ever to get the care you need. The easiest way to book an appointment is by clicking on the "BOOK NOW" button in the top right header of the website. After your appointment is booked, you will be emailed intake paperwork to complete. Paperwork MUST be completed prior to the first appointment, or the appointment will be canceled, which may incur a cancellation fee.
Appointments are scheduled in advance, at a cadence we agree on, based on your goals, treatment needs, and our mutual availability.
I do not offer free consultations. The best way to determine if care with me is appropriate is to schedule and undergo a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. After an evaluation, we can discuss the most appropriate care plan moving forward.
Prescriptions and refills are for established patients only, and are only issued during office hours.
When you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hrs prior to your appointment, or do not show up for your appointment, you prevent someone else from seeking treatment. You also place a financial burden on the practice. The cancellation, no show, or late-reschedule fee is a flat $150, and is not covered by insurance.
Rescheduling within the same week (Monday to Friday) will not count as a cancellation, but is subject to availability. We will always do our best to accommodate all rescheduling requests. But, if the available openings do not work for you, then it will count as a cancellation. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will not get any refills until you see your provider.
