My practice focuses on psychiatric care that includes both medication management and therapy-informed support, so our work together always addresses treatment and conversation in the same space.
Psychiatric Evaluation
Your initial evaluation is a chance for me to really get to know you, not just your symptoms, but your story, your stressors, and what you are hoping will change. We take time to talk through what you have been experiencing, your history, and your goals so we can build a thoughtful plan that actually fits your life.
From there, we work together to create a personalized treatment plan, which may include therapy, medication, or both, depending on what will best support you.
Psychotherapy
Talk therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and learn how to respond to life in a healthier way. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and to build practical tools for managing anxiety, low mood, stress, and life transitions.
Alongside CBT, I integrate mindfulness and everyday wellness practices to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and emotionally steady, not just in sessions, but in your real life. Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about helping you feel more in control, more connected, and better able to navigate whatever you are facing.
Medication Management
Medication can be a helpful part of mental health care, but it should never feel rushed or impersonal. We will work together to find the option and dosage that best supports your symptoms, your goals, and your life. I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach, carefully monitoring how you're feeling and making adjustments as needed so your treatment continues to fit you. The goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you feel more stable, more like yourself, and better able to function in your everyday life.
